Follow the fitting steps in the box. Wear it at night and adjust the lower jaw setting a little at a time until your nights get quieter and it still feels comfortable.

If the fit feels wrong, ask us first
Most problems are a size problem or a setting problem, and both are easy to fix. Ask for a free size exchange or a free replacement. There is no charge and it does not use up your 60 nights.

Still not for you? Start a return
Fill out the short return form any time inside the 60 nights. We send you a prepaid label, you drop it in the mail, and we refund you once it arrives.
What the guarantee covers
- You tried it and it did not make a difference for you.
- You could not get comfortable with it.
- You ordered the wrong size. Ask for the free size exchange instead of a refund, and we will send the right one.
- It arrived damaged, or it broke or stopped working within the first year. That is a free replacement under the one-year unlimited warranty.
- You bought more than one device in the same order. The guarantee covers the whole order.
What it does not cover
- Returns after 60 nights. Once the window closes, the refund is over. The one-year warranty on replacements keeps running.
- Devices bought somewhere else. This guarantee is for orders placed on vitalsleep.com. If you bought on Amazon, eBay, or from another seller, that marketplace handles the return under its own rules.
- Shipping charges on international orders. We cover U.S. return shipping. Outside the U.S., shipping and any customs fees you paid are not refunded.
- A return with no return. We need the device back before we can refund the order.
How to start a return or an exchange

Go to vitalsleepreturns.com. It takes about a minute. Have your order number handy. It is in your order confirmation email.

Tell us what you want
A refund, a different size, or a replacement. If something about the fit is off, say so. We may be able to fix it without you sending anything back.

Mail it back
We email you a prepaid U.S. return label. Put the device in any small box or padded envelope and drop it off.

Get your money back
We refund to your original payment method once the package reaches us. Most banks show the money in about 3 to 5 business days.

Do I have to send it back to get a refund?
Yes. Mail the device back inside the 60 nights and we refund the order. We send you a prepaid label for U.S. returns, so it does not cost you anything to send it.
Does it matter that I already molded it to my teeth?
No. You cannot try a mouthpiece without fitting it first. A molded, used device is still fine to return.
What if I just have the wrong size?
Ask for a free size exchange. VitalSleep comes in a men's size and a women's size. We will send the other one at no charge, and you keep your 60 nights.
What if it breaks?
Every VitalSleep has a one-year unlimited warranty. If it breaks or stops working in the first year, we send a free replacement. There is no limit on how many times.
How long until I see a difference?
Many people notice quieter nights in the first week. Others need a few weeks of small adjustments to the lower jaw setting. That is normal, and it is the reason the window is 60 nights.
Do I need a prescription or a doctor visit?
No. VitalSleep is FDA-cleared and sold without a prescription. If you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea, talk to your doctor before using any anti-snoring device.
I bought two. Can I return just one?

When exactly does my 60 nights end?
Sixty days after your package was delivered. Your tracking shows the delivery date. If you are close to the line, start the form and we will work with you.
