- Sleep more quietly and wake up feeling refreshed
- Adjust the lower jaw position for better airflow and quieter sleep
- Get a personalized fit by molding and adjusting it at home
Simple to fit, comfortable to wear every night, and cleared by the FDA.
A generic mouthguard is made in one shape and hopes your mouth agrees. Most people quit on them inside a week.
VitalSleep is built to fit you.
- Heat-moldable material forms to your own teeth in about a minute
- Adjustable in 1 mm increments so you set the jaw position that feels right, then fine-tune it later
- Separate men's and women's sizes, because one shape does not fit every mouth
- FDA cleared, made in the USA
- BPA-free and latex-free materials
A cheap mouthguard you stop using costs more than a good one you keep.
Still using it 10 years later
Over 600,000 sold since 2011.

Two sizes. Because one shape doesn't fit every mouth.
VitalSleep comes in a Men's and a Women's size. Not one mold shrunk down, but two shapes engineered separately.
Men's — the standard fit for most adult men.
Length 2.66" (67.5 mm) · Width 1.97" (50.1 mm) · Height 0.84" (21.4 mm)
Women's — shorter and narrower, with a taller profile.
Length 2.41" (61.1 mm) · Width 1.88" (47.7 mm) · Height 0.94" (23.9 mm)
Why the Women's size is taller. Less horizontal room means the advancement comes from a steeper angle instead of length. Same jaw movement, smaller footprint.
Not sure which one? Pick the one that sounds closest. If it doesn't feel right, we'll swap it for the other size free. No restocking fee. No hassle.
How it Works
It Usually Starts With an Elbow in the Ribs
Then a spare pillow. Then one of you moves to the couch, and nobody talks about it.

You Are Not the Problem. The Fixes Are.
- Propping up. Changes your angle, not your airway.
- Rolling over. Helps, until you roll back.
- Losing weight. Thin people snore too.
- Nasal strips. They open your nose. Most snoring starts further back.
- Surgery. Real risks, real recovery, no guarantee.
Where the Sound Comes From
Your throat muscles relax as you sleep. Your airway narrows. Air squeezes through and the soft tissue flutters.
That flutter is the sound.

Hold the lower jaw slightly forward and you make room for air to move. Dentists have fitted appliances on this principle for decades. It works. It also costs $800 to $3,000 and takes several appointments.

Why Most Mouthpieces Still Fail
They hold your jaw in one fixed position, chosen by a factory instead of by your jaw. Too little forward and nothing changes. Too much and you wake up sore and quit by night four.
The right position is different for every person, and the gap between working and not working is about a millimeter.
Fit It, Then Dial It In
Soften it in hot water and bite down. It molds to your teeth in minutes.
Then use the Accu-Adjust System to move your jaw forward in 1mm steps, 0 to 8mm. Start low and work up until you find your setting.
Made in the USA since 2011. FDA-cleared for snoring reduction. Over 600,000 sold.
Many customers notice a difference within the first few nights. Results vary, which is why you get 60 nights and a full refund if it is not for you.

Why So Many Snoring Devices End Up in the Drawer
Snoring starts when your airway narrows and the soft tissue vibrates.
Most mouthpieces hold your jaw at one fixed setting. That setting is a guess. Too little does nothing. Too much is uncomfortable.
Every jaw needs its own position, measured in millimeters.
What Is Snoring Really Costing You?
You sleep through it. Everyone else pays for it.
Your Partner Pays First
They hear every minute of it. Earplugs, elbows, and quiet resentment build up long before anyone says a word.
You Run On Empty
Snoring chops up the deep sleep your body needs. You wake up tired no matter how early you went to bed.
Separate Bedrooms Creep In
It starts with one rough night on the couch. For a lot of couples, it quietly turns into the routine.
A Drawer Full of Failed Fixes
Sprays, strips, and pillows muffle the noise. None of them open the airway, where snoring actually starts.
It doesn't have to stay this way.
It doesn't mask the noise. It targets one of the common causes.Mandibular advancement gently guides your lower jaw forward. That small, precise shift helps lift your tongue off the back of your throat. Designed to help keep your airway open..
The result may be a more open airway, allowing air to move more freely and potentially reducing snoring. This mouthpiece is designed to support airflow during sleep. Results vary based on fit and individual anatomy.
Designed to help reduce snoring and support better airflow during sleep. Many users report more comfortable nights and improved morning energy. Results may vary.

Life with VitalSleep
Peace and Quiet
I can finally stand to sleep in the same bed as my spouse!! Both of us feel more refreshed because we are gettwr better sleep. Life saver! Will continue to purchase these.
Long time user. It works.
I’ve been using this device for 10 years now. I tried 2 other brands in that time justcoutcof curiosity but came back to the VitalSleep and am a satisfied user.
Best I’ve found
I have purchased many of these mouthguards to help me sleep better and quieter. This is the most comfortable and practical mouth guard out there. I only wish the moldable parts were replaceable and could come apart to clean better.
It’s Vital if you want to sleep!
Works as advertised. I’ve used others that are cheaper but none work as well as this device does
Helps tremendously
This has helped my husband’s snoring a lot. He does still snore sometimes but not as loud or as long which has helped us get a much better sleep. We would recommend giving this a try.
Vital sleep has reduced my snoring
My snoring has reduced significantly since using vital sleep. It was easy to set my teeth imprints. I wake up rested and so does my husband.
Works
I’ve tried a cheaper model that was similar but the mouth piece wouls slide out of position while I was asleep. Vitalsleep stays put and works well and has reduced my snoring tremendously.
Long Time User
I have had multiple vitalsleep devices over the years. It is the only device that I tried that really works.
Improved more comfortable design
I have been using the product for several years and have noticed a more comfortable fit/feel of this version of the product. Still making slight adjustments for the fit but it is more comfortable to use.
Satisfied customer
Have been using this for only a short time but it seems to be working well. My wife has told me she hasn’t heard me be so quiet at night in a long time.
Still working on it....
I’m giving it a month to seeing it working. I have forgotten to use it a couple of nights, so I need to get in the habit. Keeping fingers crossed!
So far so good
Works good, but the rubber screws need to be changed to plastic or something because they seem to strip out pretty easy. Otherwise the product works well
Mouthpiece works pretty well.
Works pretty well. Getting used to the weird feeling in my jaw and teeth in the morning but it goes away in 10 minutes.
Working
It works, a little hard to get used to about 4 days for me , I sleep better and it has stayed in my mouth ,
Not totally happy
I am having a hard time getting used to it. I contacted support and sent pics hoping for some suggestions but instead they just said it doesn’t work for everyone and I could have a refund. I want to give it a chance for a least a month or two. The adjustment doesn’t seem to work beyond the 2nd notch.
Newer model - less effective
I have been using an older model for the last few years. It was time to purchase new guards. The new models are much lower profile and this seemed like a good thing at first. After using them for a couple weeks the lower profile are less effective as they do not hold my teeth like the older units.
Just not working for me!
This is not working for me! I have the women’s & it still feels uncomfortable + too big for me mouth! I am going to return it.
Very uncomfortable
I am not achieving a good night’s sleep with this mouthpiece, it is too uncomfortable, and not helping to hold my jaw in place. I end up fighting it all night long. I’ve tried it for almost two weeks, and just cannot get used to it.

Snoring Mouthpiece, Mouth Guard, or Snore Guard: What's the Difference?
People call this device many things: a snoring mouthpiece, a snoring mouthguard, a snore guard, a snore stopper, or an anti-snoring device. These names generally describe a mandibular advancement device that holds your lower jaw slightly forward while you sleep to support airflow and help reduce snoring.
Custom-Fit Snoring Mouthguard for Adults
A snoring mouthguard is worn while you sleep to support your lower jaw and help maintain airflow. This forward jaw position may help reduce the throat vibrations associated with snoring.
A sports mouthguard protects your teeth from impact. A grinding guard creates a barrier between your upper and lower teeth. Neither is designed to hold your lower jaw forward. VitalSleep is designed specifically to help reduce snoring.
What makes VitalSleep different from a generic mouthguard:
- Heat-moldable material forms around your teeth for a secure, personalized fit
- Adjustable lower tray lets you control how far your jaw advances in small increments
- Two available sizes provide separate Men's and Women's fit options
- Free size exchange and free replacement if the fit is not right
- FDA-cleared for snoring reduction, which sports guards and grinding guards are not
No prescription needed. Mold it at home in minutes. Try it for 60 nights with a money-back guarantee.

Can I pay with HSA or FSA funds?
We do not accept medical insurance directly. However, most FSA and HSA cards are accepted at checkout.
How is VitalSleep different from other mouthpieces?
VitalSleep both molds to your teeth and adjusts in 1mm steps, so the fit is personal in two ways. It is FDA cleared, made in the USA, and backed by a free size exchange, a free replacement, and a one-year unlimited warranty. We have been at this since 2011.
