There are two tray sizes, Men's and Women's, and choosing between them is the thing people get wrong most often. Height and jaw size matter more than the label on the box.

The first one I received was hard to adjust. After reaching out to their customer support team, they gladly sent a new one. It works great! I have it on #4 setting now. It took a few adjustments to get it just right. It only took me a few night's to get use to it. I would just open and close my mouth 5 times when waking to stretch my jaw.

A combination of my snoring and my wife's light sleeping had made it so that 80% of the time we slept in different rooms. The first night I put this in we both slept fine in the same room. That has continued for 3 months now. I can't believe it worked but we're both so happy it did. Worth the cost.

The piece is uncomfortable in my mouth. I truly wanted it to work because the alternative is too expensive for my family, but this just will not work for me. The VitalSleep mouthpiece has certainly lived up to it's promise of reducing snoring and allowing for a better night's sleep. I had snored for many years, a problem for both me and my wife. With the mouthpiece it has been better sleep for both of us! It was simple to mold it to fit my mouth and, after a night or 2, I was used to it and felt very comfortable. It's easy to use, easy to keep clean, and really reduces snoring. When we go away there's no problem packing it with my toothbrush, etc. - it travels well in it's own little case. Sincerely,
I received the new VitalSleep package. The fit is perfect! Without adjust the unit, my girlfriend said my snoring was at a minimum. I'll adjust the unit to see if I get better results. Overall, I'm super happy with my VitalSleep device!
First of all let me tell you, Thank You! I am finally sleeping soundly and with my wife for the first time in 4 months. I purchased the mouthguard with mixed reservations. I tried the nose strips, throat sprays, everything. I came across the VitalSleep mouthguard while searching for something, anything that would help me sleep and feel rested! I have used the Vitalsleep for about a month. It worked great. I am on a trip, it was most important that I not snore. I was so excited because I can raise the roof. I also tried a different product. It made my gums and cheeks so raw it took a week to heal.
VitalSleep is pretty comfortable. It actually looks a little bulkier than it fits. My wife really loved the way her device fit. Sometimes, the one-size-fits-all products are a little invasive in her mouth, but this small one was perfect for her. The included hex tool did make it easy to adjust the lower jaw positioning. I advanced mine for maximum offset while my wife moved her lower tray to the midway point. Having a tool to keep tabs of didn’t thrill me. I could see that thing getting lost with time. The next morning we both felt energized.
After years of trying different oral devices, I think you have a product that is better than all the others. The fact that it comes in two sizes and is adjustable and priced well is a real plus. It is also FAR more comfortable to wear than all the others. It seems that this device has made a big difference in my sleeping and snoring. A relief much appreciated. Thank you.
I have been using my Vitalsleep anti-snore device for six months. I am delighted to have found this effective, affordable solution to my snoring problem. It took me about a week to get used to it, but once I did, my breathing was better, snoring subsided, and both my husband and I started sleeping through the night. I have tried every anti-snore device and procedure on the market, and I had almost given up until I saw Vital Sleep. I have an unusually small dental arch due to extractions, so I was skeptical. I decided to try it, though, and it arrived in just a few days. The fitting procedure was explained in excellent detail and was easy to complete. I adjusted quickly to wearing the device, and I felt a difference in my quality of sleep right away! Highly recommend!
I snored really load. My boyfriend was going to sleep on the couch because I'd wake him up so much. We researched online. We picked this. I tried it on last night. It felt good even before the molding. It fit comfortably all night. In the morning my lower gums felt a little different but it went away in 10 min. My boyfriend said I didn't snore. I do believe that the device has helped reduce snoring, as I use an app to record my awakenings, and there has been a reduction in snoring frequency and intensity, even with the slight adjustment (about 1 notch) I've made so far. I did a good amount of research, and feel your product's ability to to adjust the amount of jaw movement makes it stand out.
I have recently started trying your product after trying another popular brand for the past few years. The other one wasn't as comfortable, as durable, as snug a fit as yours,and consequently I would spit it while sleeping every night and this would defeat it's purpose. I look forward to trying your product - from what I see it is a bit smaller and a little softer than some of the competition's pieces, and I like that it is micro adjustable. I've tried a couple of other mouth piece options and did not have much success. The pieces were bulky, hard, and uncomfortable. I like that Vitalsleep is FDA cleared, made in USA and with the design and micro adjustments seems like it will be more comfortable.

I have tried several leading snore reducing mouth guards and while many of these products worked to reduce my snoring, the Vital Sleep product is as effective and is more comfortable than any of the products I've tried due to a less bulky and better air flow design. I have tried other sprays, solutions and gimmicks but this mouthpiece REALLY WORKS! Jaw soreness was not any issue after 2 nights. I did readjust the mouthpiece after about a week and now I don't even know I am wearing it. AND my Wife REALLY loves it!

Just to let you know what I've experienced so far and to recommend a free app. I downloaded the app Snorelab and used it to determine efficacy of Vital Sleep device. The first night I used Snorelab without the device. The next night with the Vital Sleep device set at a minimal adjustments. RESULTS: 1st night: 18% snoring during the night. 2nd night: 0% snoring during the night.
