Love my VitalSleep

I have tried several different models from several different manufacturers...all of which had little to no impact on my snoring. Then, a few years ago, I found VitalSleep. Anti-snoring Mouthpiece for smaller mouthd

Easy to mold, stays in mouth, doesn't move, snoring stops. But..... it makes my bottom front teeth a little sore and gives me dry mouth because I can't close my my mouth completely when wearing it. Mouth tape eliminates the dry mouth, but front teeth are still sore.

It takes some getting used to, but not nearly as much as a CPAP. Your jaw will be sore at the beginning. I wore mine while I was awake for short periods of time to help get used to it. I think it must be working - my husband says I’m not snoring!

This really works!

We bought the Vital Sleep to deal with my husband's long-time snoring. He had tried other mouthpieces (non-adjustable) without success in the past and we heard good things about the Vital Sleep from a friend who had good success with it. We have used it for about 3 weeks, and it really works! It fits easily into the mouth and is molded to fit both upper and lower jaws. Now there is almost no snoring, and no loud snoring at all! Great Product
