I have been using a CPAP for over 20 years. I struggle with the nose piece staying in place, strap marks on my cheeks in the morning and ingesting air into my stomach that is painful. I was skeptical about a mouthpiece being able to improve sleep without snoring and not coming with other complications. Remarkably, it did all that. I not only sleep better and wake up, not tired, I’m not bloated with air in my stomach, no strap marks, and no waking to adjust a nose piece. If you haven’t tried it, you must! It makes traveling so much easier as well since I don’t have to cart around a CPAP machine. This is a game changer. In the morning after removing the mouthpiece, my bite is a little off, but is not uncomfortable. Throughout the day it gets better. I have noticed too, that I am not grinding my teeth at night, which is an added bonus.
