I've tried a couple different devices over the years, to try to stop snoring, all to no avail. I started researching the anti-snoring mouthpieces and saw that VitalSleep had good reviews. The day I got it in the mail, I immediately fit it and wore it around a few times to get used to it. The first night, I ended up taking it out. Wore it around the house a few times more, and the 2nd night I slept with it all night. I now can't sleep without it. My wife and kids comment how much quieter the house is at night. I wake up most days actually feeling rested. I absolutely would recommend, and already have, others try it.
