We think you’re going to sleep better with VitalSleep. But if it’s not for you, no problem.
60-Day Returns
You can return or exchange your order within 60 days of purchase.
Past 60 Days?
You’re still covered. You can return VitalSleep for store credit up to 1 year from your original purchase date.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded.
- Returns are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive them.
Exchanges
- Free shipping on exchanges.
- Exchanges must be for products of equal value.
- Exchanges are available for U.S. and Canadian orders only.
Bundle Orders
If you purchased a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned. Partial refunds are not available.
Return Activity
We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges. All returns are subject to validation and approval at our discretion.
Free Gift Promotions
Returns and exchanges are not available on orders that include free gift promotions.

International Orders
International returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense within 60 days of purchase. Contact us to get started: support@vitalsleep.com
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, keep the box, packaging, and all contents.
Email us as soon as possible at support@vitalsleep.com and include your order number and photos of the damaged item.
Order Cancellations & Changes
We process orders quickly so they ship fast.
- We’ll do our best to cancel or modify an order if you contact us within one hour of placing it.
- Once an order has been processed, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
For security reasons, we cannot reroute a shipped package to a different address. If delivery cannot be completed, the package will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.
Promotions
- Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after purchase.
- Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
