VitalSleep comes in two sizes:

• Men’s Size – Standard size, fits larger jaws.
• Women’s Size – About 10% smaller, designed for smaller mouths.

Rule of thumb: Men → Men’s size. Women → Women’s size. This ensures the most comfortable and effective fit.

VitalSleep uses a simple boil-and-bite method:

1. Place in hot water for ~45 seconds.
2. Let cool slightly.
3. Bite down to create teeth impressions.
4. Re-mold if necessary for a tighter fit.

A proper fit ensures:

• The device won’t fall out during sleep.
• Greater comfort and snoring reduction.

• Unique screws on each side let you adjust the lower jaw in 1 mm increments, up to 8 mm.
