The warranty, straight up
Cover depends on who sold it, not where you clicked. If Zulay was the seller of record you are covered, and that includes marketplace listings sold and shipped by Zulay. Bought it off a shop shelf or from another seller and you are not.
Two things worth knowing before you rely on it. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the original buyer and runs to one complete replacement, after which the claim is closed. And Magia coffee machines carry a one-year warranty rather than a lifetime one.
You do not need to register the product. Claims inside 30 days ship free; after that the postage is yours.
How long these actually last
Reviews run both ways. Plenty describe squeezers and frothers still going after years. Others describe a frother failing inside a year. Both are in the set below, and the warranty exists because the second group is real.

Forgot it was even covered
The handheld frother I bought two winters ago finally gave up in January. I had forgotten there was a warranty on it until my wife found the box in the cupboard. Sent one email with the order number, got a reply the next morning, and a replacement showed up that week.
One call and it was sorted
Called about a lid that did not seat properly on the pitcher. Whoever picked up did not read me a script, just asked which model and had a new one out the door before we hung up.
Four years on the citrus press
Four years on the citrus press, used most mornings, and the only thing that has changed is the wood has darkened a little. I have replaced two blenders in that time.
Five months is not a lifetime
Being straight about this one. My frother stopped spinning at about the five month mark, which is sooner than I expected for the price. They did replace it without much argument and the second one has been fine since, but I would not pretend the first one lasted.
Packed properly for once
Ordered on a Sunday evening and it arrived Wednesday, packed properly rather than rattling around in a box three sizes too big. Everything was in one piece.
Found the part that was not listed
The part I needed was not listed anywhere on the site. Emailed to ask, they told me the price, invoiced me, and it turned up. Not complicated, but a lot of companies cannot manage it.
Check who you are buying from
Worth knowing before you buy. I picked mine up off a shelf in a department store, and when it failed I found out the warranty only applies when Zulay is the seller of record. They were polite about it and the terms are on the site, but I had not read that closely and it was a frustrating afternoon.
Ended up buying a second set
Bought the utensil set for my daughter's first flat and ended up buying a second for myself. The silicone has not marked her nonstick pans and the wood handles still look new after a year of washing up.

Almost always a shop-shelf purchase. The packaging carries the lifetime promise into stores we do not sell through, and the policy only covers us as seller of record. Marketplace orders sold and shipped by Zulay are covered; a till receipt from a retail floor is not. The terms name which sellers count.
It happens, and reviews say so plainly. That is what the warranty is for — the reviews that start with a failure usually end with a replacement. Start a claim.
